gelatina di vino is a small Albuquerque based company creating custom made wine jelly. We have partnered with local New Mexican wineries in some of our wine jelly creations. gelatina di vino was birthed by creativity mixed with a love of wine and the enjoyment of cooking by its owner Renée Regal, to create something fun and unique to share with friends and family around the dinner table. Renée was raised in a family where a culture was set that everyone was welcomed and no one was ever turned away from sharing a meal at the family dinner table. She has carried and nurtured this culture down into her own household providing a warm welcome to all who enter. We at gelatina di vino believe that community happens around a table while sharing a meal or having a drink. It is where ideas are birthed and dreams are shared.
